2. Eligibility and Player Verification

2.2 WeezyBet uses the identity verification service Checkin.com to verify player age and identity. You may be required to provide government-issued identification and other documentation. Periodic audits are performed to prevent underage access.
2.3 WeezyBet reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time, suspend accounts pending verification, and permanently close accounts if age/identity cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Attempting to access WeezyBet from any of these regions—by any means, including VPNs or other geolocation-masking tools—will result in immediate suspension or termination. Account balances will remain unaffected, and all valid winnings will be honored.
3.3 Residents of restricted countries are ineligible for no-deposit bonuses. Misrepresentation will result in account suspension and voiding of bonus-related winnings.
4. Account Security and Permitted Use
4.1 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Do not share your account with any other person, including minors.
4.2 WeezyBet services are for personal use only. Collaborative strategies, use on behalf of others, or use of multiple accounts is prohibited.
5. Responsible Gambling

6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payouts
6.1 Deposits may only be made by the account holder, using payment methods registered in their name. Your account is not a bank account.
6.2 All deposits must be wagered at least once in full before requesting a withdrawal, in accordance with WeezyBet's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) Policies.
6.3 By using WeezyBet, you acknowledge and agree to review and comply with our AML/CFT Policies.
6.4 Withdrawals are processed within 48 hours of approval, subject to KYC/AML checks.
6.5 Maximum payout limits are EUR 1,000 per day, EUR 3,000 per week, and EUR 15,000 per month, unless otherwise specified for progressive jackpots, specific promotions, or for VIP players at WeezyBet's discretion.
6.6 WeezyBet reserves the right to pay out substantial winnings in scheduled installments ("tranches") in the event of big wins or as required by regulation.

7. Bonus Policy and Abuse Prevention
7.1 Bonuses are subject to their own terms, which may include minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus amounts, wagering requirements (e.g., 35x), expiry dates, and product-specific restrictions. Players should always check the promotional terms for details.
7.2 Bonus funds and free spins are valid only for the products specified in the promotional terms. For example, slot bonuses may only be used on slot games, while live casino bonuses may only be used on live casino games. Rollover does not apply to Progressive Jackpot winnings. Any breach of the terms or misuse of the bonus may result in cancellation of the bonus. Real money balances and valid winnings unrelated to the bonus will remain unaffected.
7.3 Bonus abuse and fraudulent strategies are strictly prohibited and include, but are not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
- Using VPNs, proxies, or any other method to deliberately mask identity or location.
- Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses or promotions.
- Delaying gameplay, placing opposite bets, progressive betting systems, or using low-risk betting patterns solely to meet wagering requirements.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or "sniping" strategies to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in chip dumping, gnoming, multi-accounting, or any activity designed to circumvent fair play or the intended use of the bonus.
- Any other strategy or behavior clearly intended to exploit, abuse, or defraud the platform.
7.4 If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, WeezyBet may cancel the related bonus and any winnings directly associated with it. Real money balances and valid winnings unrelated to the bonus will remain unaffected.
8. Fair Play and Game Integrity
8.1 All games (except live dealer games) are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs).
8.2 WeezyBet conducts or commissions third-party audits to ensure fairness and transparency in game outcomes.
8.3 Players may request official RTP (Return to Player) values for specific games.
9. Account Dormancy and Closure
9.1 WeezyBet accounts may be deemed dormant after a period of inactivity.
9.2 WeezyBet will attempt to contact dormant account holders. If there is no response within 30 days, a monthly administrative fee may apply, or the account may be closed in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Technical Errors, Aborted Games & Liability
11.1 If a game is interrupted due to technical issues, all affected bets/wagers remain pending until resolved. Unsettled bets are voided or completed as per game rules.
11.2 WeezyBet services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." WeezyBet is not liable for losses, damages, or interruptions caused by errors, cyberattacks, or third-party failures.
